Central Indiana Hydroseeding is currently hiring skilled, reliable candidates for the following positions*:

Landscape Foreman

Foreman are expected to manage daily tasks and oversee their crew. They must be responsible and maintain an efficient, professional, and quality oriented job site. Must be able to communicate with customers while conducting themselves in a professional manner.

 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in the landscape business

  • Strong leadership qualities

  • Good communication skills

  • Be able to safely and efficiently operate various compact construction equipment

  • Hardscape experience

  • Irrigation experience

  • Able to read blueprints/landscape plans

  • Valid Drivers License

  • Compensation varies with experience

Crew Team Member/Landscape Labor

Crew Team Members are expected to perform tasks as directed by Crew Leader. You will be expected to show up on time and have a positive attitude while continuing to grow your knowledge of the landscape field. 

 

Qualifications

  • Full Time Position (40+ Hours/Wk)

  • Able to follow directions from Crew Leader

  • Able to use hand or power tools or equipment for mowing, trimming, planting, weeding, mulching, shrub pruning, finish grade and hydroseeding.

  • Extensive stooping and bending required and must be able to lift 60 lbs.

  • No education required. One-month similar work experience required. 

  • Be able to safely operate handheld equipment
